Ian Stokes ~ As a native to North East Georgia, I now reside in Jefferson GA with my wife Dena and our two children Chasie and Collin.
My journey started over 26 years ago. I was at the bottom level of construction and as I made my way up the ladder, my wife and I were able to open our own drywall and paint company in May of 2005. We were very successful with this business and were then able to open an insurance restoration rebuild and repair company.
With the new company, I was dealing with issues like major storm damage, mold, fire and lots of water storm damage. These things are not always visible to the naked eye until you become experienced in this particular field of residential & commercial construction. There were many times that I would be called to repair a home with the same issue that happened more than once, such as pipes bursting.
Then once again major repairs must be repeated and the homeowner is left feeling overwhelmed and exhausted over something that could have been resolved right the first time!
